Focused on Right Solutions, not just Profit

In the autumn, we entered into a contract with EF Solutions. While Onboarding, they reviewed our licenses and enhancement contracts – which has resulted in significant annual savings. It is a great pleasure to have been able to work with a partner who does not think about short-term own profit, but instead thinks about a good long-term collaboration, with a focus on what is the right solution for us as a customer.

In 2024, we will start an upgrade to BC365 and I have no doubt that EF Solutions will have the same approach to that project and thus ensure an economically advantageous and future-proof solution for Dagbladet Information.

Therefore, I also do not hesitate to give the best recommendations from here.

Efficient and Accurate

Throughout the past several years, we have been a customer of EF Solutions (formerly E Foqus). We previously had NAV together with their former ISV solution Glomaris. In 2023, we re-implemented the solution with a standardized BC365 with integration for Next Voyage. Throughout our long collaboration, I have experienced EF Solutions as competent and responsible for the estimates given. When we need support, we find that our tasks are taken care of quickly, which is of great value to us.

Implementing BC365 has given us a more automated bookkeeping, and at the same time means that we no longer have to worry about unsupported solutions or future upgrades.
